We want you to feel confident in trying ToneWise. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all ToneWise purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and use the order email you received after purchase, or
- Contact us at support@tonewise.app and we will help you through the process.
What's eligible
New subscriptions and renewals are eligible within the 30-day window. We may decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse (e.g. repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles).
When you'll see your money back
Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app or via your Paddle account. Cancellation stops future renewals; a refund for the most recent charge is governed by this policy.
